Once your download is complete, TeamViewer will ask you to drag TeamViewer.app to your applications folder.

Launch TeamViewer from your applications folder.

If asked if you want to open this application, click 'Open'.

Now the remote support application is open, please give your ID and Password to the support engineer and keep the application open.
